Sus \u00f3rganos de direcci\u00f3n y administraci\u00f3n son el Consejo de Gobierno y el Directorio.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00e1mbito de actuaci\u00f3n es la regi\u00f3n de la cuenca Argentina del r\u00edo Bermejo la cual se localiza en el norte del territorio Argentino abarcando parte de las provincias de Jujuy, Salta, Formosa y Chaco. La cuenca argentina tiene una superficie aproximada de m\u00e1s de 111.000 km2 y una poblac\u00edon de 1.300.00 Habitantes .<\/p>\n<p>Es la Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva de la Comisi\u00f3n Binacional para el Aprovechamiento M\u00faltiple de los Recursos de la Alta Cuenca del R\u00edo Bermejo y del R\u00edo Grande de Tarija (COBINABE).<\/p>\n<p>El R\u00edo Bermejo es el mayor productor de sedimentos de todos los r\u00edos de Am\u00e9rica y el quinto en el mundo, su cauce principal tiene una longitud de m\u00e1s de 1.300
